退到曠野，聽神的聲音(哀二)中英bilingual

主何竟發怒，使黑雲遮蔽錫安城？他將以色列的華美從天扔在地上，在他發怒的日子並不紀念自己的腳凳。(哀 2：1) 

百姓尋求神的心會受領導的國王影響，當領導者行神眼中看為正的事，百姓就會跟隨敬拜神；當領導者行神看為惡的事情，心術不正，百姓的心思意念也容易跟著歪曲而遠離神。神有偉大豐盛的慈愛，並不表示神容忍選民的背道，容忍他們離棄與神立的約。當百姓放棄信靠神，著眼在世上的生活，聽不進先知傳達的警告，反倒跟隨周邊的人行惡，神的怒氣終會降臨在猶大民當中，施行毀滅，傾覆猶大民的保障，砍斷以色列的角，使猶大國被滅國。 

你的先知為你見虛假和愚昧的異象，並沒有顯露你的罪孽，使你被擄的歸回，卻為你見虛假的默示和使你被趕出本境的緣故。(哀 2：14) 

處於穩定生活的當下，誰願意聽到對自己不利的消息呢？若今天有一則通知，是關於明天國家被攻佔滅亡的消息，你會願意相信，這是神要施行的大事件嗎？坊間許多民間傳說、自詡可以知天命的人，能預言、能治病還能行神蹟，看似荒誕的言語行為，卻有一批死忠信眾。站在真教會信徒的角度，可以非常明確分辨這道與我們的信仰不同，不必隨之起舞，但若同樣是傳講耶穌，我們還能分辨這是屬神的，還是屬人的意念嗎？耶利米同樣也是遇到這般困窘的處境，當時同時存在真的先知和假的先知，傳達「神要毀滅猶大國」訊息的真先知耶利米，不被相信，反被捆鎖；另一邊，講述「平安」訊息的假先知卻被採納。 

有人說在平直的高速公路開車容易打瞌睡，在左彎右拐的山路開車反而保持清醒，平順的生活確實讓人放鬆，渴望追求信仰的動力也減少，如同此時期的猶大人因眼見的平安便感到滿足，失去警醒的心，也失去屬靈的智慧，錯信假先知的訊息忽略神真正的命令。 

夜間，每逢交更的時候要起來呼喊，在主面前傾心如水。你的孩童在各市口上受餓發昏，你要為他們的性命向主舉手禱告。(哀 2：19) 

耶利米眼見百姓因不聽勸招致的滅亡，心裏哀痛。他鼓勵百姓向神悔改，不停的呼喊、求神的憐憫，要向神舉手禱告。雖然神預言了猶大國的滅亡，卻也宣告被擄的70年後，將要再次興建屬神的國度。儘管神對猶大百姓的背道發烈怒，卻同時也等待百姓的心回轉。只要願意傾心交託予神，遵守祂的命令，神仍願意憐憫、接納屬神的羊。或許，我們可以在每天焦頭爛的繁忙生活中，提醒自己，維持禱告與靈修的習慣。就像2026/7月聖靈月刊的主題「退到曠野」，保留自己與神親近的時間，退到曠野聽神的聲音，讓神完整主宰生活的一切，使我們的生命因為依靠神而感到滿足，得到平安。

 

你們眾民當時時倚靠他，在他面前傾心吐意。神是我們的避難所。(詩 62：8)

Slip Away to The Wilderness, Hear God’s Voice (Lamentations 2)

 August 20, 2026

The Lord has indeed become angry and covered the daughter of Zion with a cloud. He has hurled the splendor of Israel down from heaven to earth, and has not remembered His footstool in the day of His anger. (Lamentations 2:1)

The people’s pursuit of God’s heart was often influenced by their king. When the leader did what was right in God’s eyes, the people followed in worship; but when the leader acted wickedly, with corrupt motives, the people’s thoughts and intentions easily turned astray and drifted from God. God’s great and abundant love does not mean He tolerates His chosen people’s betrayal or their abandonment of the covenant. When the people gave up to trust in Him, focusing instead on worldly living, ignoring the prophets’ warnings, and following the evil practices of surrounding nations, God’s wrath eventually fell upon Judah. He destroyed their defenses, cut off Israel’s horn, and brought the nation to ruin.

Your prophets have seen for you false and foolish visions; and they have not exposed your iniquity so as to restore you from captivity, but they have seen for you false and misleading oracles. (Lamentations 2:14)

In times of stability, who desires to hear unfavorable news? If today there were an announcement that tomorrow the nation would be conquered and destroyed, would you believe this was God’s work? Many folk traditions and self-proclaimed seers claim to predict destiny, heal, or perform miracles. Though their words and actions seem ridiculous,they still attract royal followers. From the perspective of true members, it is clear these teachings differ from our faith and need not be followed. Yet when the message also speaks of Jesus, can we discern whether it is truly from God or merely human imagination? Jeremiah faced this same dilemma: true prophets and false prophets coexisted. The true prophet Jeremiah, who declared God’s judgment on Judah, was rejected and imprisoned, while false prophets proclaiming “peace” were embraced.

Some say driving on a straight highway makes one sleepy, while winding mountain roads keep one alert. Likewise, smooth living can relax people, reducing their desire to pursue faith. Judah, satisfied with visible peace, lost vigilance and spiritual wisdom, trusting false prophets and neglecting God’s true commands.

“Arise, cry out in the night at the beginning of the watches; pour out your heart like water before the presence of the Lord. Lift up your hands to Him for the lives of your little ones who are faint because of hunger at the head of every street.” (Lamentations 2:19)

Jeremiah, grieving over the people’s destruction due to disobedience, urged them to repent, to cry out continually for God’s mercy, and to lift their hands in prayer. Though God foretold Judah’s downfall, He also promised restoration after seventy years of captivity. Even in His fierce anger, He waited their return. If they entrusted themselves to Him and obeyed His commands, He would show mercy and accept His flock. In our own busy lives, we must preserve time for prayer and spiritual cultivation. As the July 2026 Holy Spirit Monthly theme reminded us, “Retreat to the wilderness.” Step back to hear God’s voice, allowing Him to fully govern our lives. In Him, we find satisfaction and peace.

Trust in Him at all times, you people; pour out your hearts before Him; God is our refuge. (Psalm 62:8)
